Sangrez Galleria ships original artworks and handcrafted pieces across Pakistan and internationally. We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and secure packaging. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

All original artworks are carefully wrapped and packaged using acid-free materials, protective foam, and reinforced boxes to prevent damage in transit. We treat every piece with the respect it deserves as original art.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier's website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us at the customer's expense.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
